In the e-commerce industry, design is not only about brand image but also key to improving conversion rates and user experience. However, designers often face many challenges,
and how to efficiently complete design tasks has become a problem that every e-commerce team must overcome.
This sharing focuses on e-commerce design scenarios and summarizes the efficient ComfyUI workflow solution for creating model images from garment product display images, helping designers quickly improve efficiency and break through bottlenecks.
Create Model Shots for Clothing Products Based on Mannequin Images
[View Effect]
Workflow Introduction
Open the workflow, and first upload three images: one of the face, one of a mannequin in the clothing, and one of the background. Perform reverse processing of these three images, first using the SDXL model combined with brushnet and controlnet to generate an initial version. Then refine the image using the FLUX model and finally fix the face and enlarge the image for the final result. Parameters are pre-set, and you can click to run.

Additionally, you can create multi-angle views of the generated model.
Workflow Introduction
When starting the workflow, upload two images: one of the person’s outfit, which clearly shows their clothing details (style, color combination, etc.), and one of a skeleton image (can be provided from the built-in collection). Use Portrait Master and Runninghub Captioner to reverse-engineer prompt combinations, then derive the positive prompts. With ControlNet, control the pose through the skeleton. Finally, combine FLUX and FLUX LoRA models for image generation.

RunningHub is the world’s first open-source ecosystem-based AI graphic, audio, and video AIGC application co-creation platform. Through a modular node system and cloud computing power integration, it transforms complex processes such as design, video production, and digital content generation into “building block” style operations. The platform serves users from 144 countries, processing over a million creative requests daily, fundamentally reshaping the traditional content production model.
RunningHub is not only a creation tool but also a creator ecosystem community! It supports developers in uploading nodes and workflows to earn revenue, forming a sustainable economic model of “creativity – development – reuse – monetization.”
